1 cup of plant milk of your choice
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch ground pepper (essential to boost the absorption of curcumin)
1 date (or 1 teaspoon honey)
Step by step:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix together.
2.Transfer into a sauce pan and cook until it slightly starts boiling.
