There’s not much difference between the two. It’s simple and quick to do, healthy, plant-based, gluten and sugar free.
3 ripened bananas, sliced and frozen
1 handful of frozen strawberries (or any berry of your choice)
1 tablespoon of sesame powder or any protein powder of your choice
2 tablespoons cashew nut butter
150g oat drink
Step by step:
1. Mix bananas, strawberries, cashew butter and oat drink in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as necessary. You might have to add a little dash of oat drink to adjust.
2. Put it in bowls and add the toppings you of your choice.
